Investors have more information about all aspects of real estate transactions than ever before. But the huge volume and unorganized nature of the information make finding exactly what they want difficult and time consuming and at times frustrating.

In this regard, we have organized a website, one of the few that specifically feature properties with passive income to cater the need of a specific type of investors…..Real Estate Investors who prefers to invest on properties that provide a steady stream of revenue instead of the ordinary property that doesn’t produce any type of income. Investors who basically knows the difference between an Asset and a Liability.

One of our objective is to bridge the gap between the sellers and the buyers, as we have observed that the two parties are oceans apart in most aspects(with respect to these specific kinds of properties). Our main goal is to find as much properties in the market (Metro Manila to start with), filter the good ones and summarize them into this website so a considerate amount of time and effort on the part of the investors, in searching for a good investment would be eliminated.

We will try as much as we can to make this website, picture and detailed oriented as most properties of these kinds are only available  to the public on paper advertisement without pictures and has only limited information, so investors will have a better mental image of the properties prior to actual ocular inspection thereby eliminating a significant amount of speculation on their part. Hopefully, this website will create a common ground for both parties to reduce the difficulty of searching for each other.
